Customers are responsible for making sure that their billing information is accurate to ensure uninterrupted service. Failure to provide the correct billing information may result in suspension or termination of the service.


Cancellation & Refund:

We only offer cancellation and refund options for our digital products.

Our digital product comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Customers are able to ask for a refund without any reason given within the 14-day period after the purchase.

We do not provide any refunds after the 14-day period.

All cancellation and refund requests have to be submitted in email to support@movesmethod.com.

In case of exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or billing errors, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund or credit.


Access to Content:

In case of a refund, customers will immediately lose access to the purchased service and any content exclusive to paying members.


Suspension or Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a customer's access to the app and its services in the case of a violation of our terms of service or any fraudulent activity.

In the event of suspension or termination, no refund or credit will be provided.
