POLICIES:
Membership Cancellation:

a. Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time by contacting our customer support team Support@movesmethod.com.

b. Cancellations will be effective immediately upon request, and the member's access to the app's premium features will be revoked.

Refund Policy:

a. Membership fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any remaining unused portion of the monthly membership.

b. In case of exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or billing errors, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund or credit. Requests for refunds must be submitted to our customer support team within 7 days of the billing date.

Billing:

a. Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

b. Members are responsible for keeping their billing information up to date to ensure uninterrupted service. Failure to update billing information may result in suspension or termination of the membership.

Cancellation Rights:

a. Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time, without providing a reason.

b. Members are not required to provide notice of cancellation in advance, but we encourage them to do so to facilitate a smooth cancellation process.

Access to Content:

a. Upon cancellation, members will immediately lose access to premium features and any content exclusive to paying members.

b. Members are responsible for downloading or saving any content they wish to retain before canceling their membership.

Suspension or Termination:

a. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a member's access to the app and its services in the case of a violation of our terms of service or any fraudulent activity.

b. In the event of suspension or termination, no refund or credit will be provided.
